About Arkolith
Arkolith is one key to the world's market data: an AI-native data layer for the real-world economy, delivered API-first and MCP-native, with every datapoint sourced to its origin.
What we build
We acquire, clean, and serve the public financial data that is hardest to work with: SEC 13F institutional holdings, Form 4 insider transactions, and the signals derived from them. Agents query it through our MCP server and REST API; humans browse the same data on this site. Every field carries provenance: the filing, the accession number, and the canonical URL at the primary source, so any answer can be verified rather than trusted.
What we are not
Arkolith is a data-infrastructure provider, not an investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary. Nothing on this site or in the API is investment advice or a recommendation. Filing data is published on the regulator's schedule and reflects the past, not the present. The full framing is in our Terms of Service.
